Once you make your purchase, you will be asked a series of questions about your business so we can set your system up to maximize the features you need to utilize as many automated functions High Level Has to offer.

How will you get me Onboarded into the system?

Once you complete the post purchase questionnaire, you'll be instructed to book an Onboarding Call with a Live Human that will walk you through each part of the setup process. Each member of our Professional Onboarding Team has been certified by High Level and they have 1000's of hours of Onboarding Experience with clients new to CRM and AI.

How does ASTRA know "my" business?

The very first step in setting up ASTRA is to train her on your business. ASTRA is a learning AI model and needs information to get started. There are many ways to train ASTRA. She can instantly read all the data on your website, your blogs, your products and your services straight from the web. Additionally, you can write a document about your business and upload the data to her. Another way is to keep an updated dynamic document in your Google Drive, and ASTRA will check the document for updates when you ask her to. ASTRA will consume all this data and become your most intelligent employee.

And of course ASTRA can get information from the caller before the transfer.

What phone number will you give my business?

You will pick you own phone number from a list of thousands of available numbers. This number can be local to your area, a toll free number or any number from any area of the country (US numbers Only)

Can I use my existing phone number?

Of course. We know your phone number may be a legacy number know by many in your community. Simply forward the calls from that number to ASTRA and she will take over from there.

Do you have customer support?

Absolutely, we've hired one of the top support agencies in the High Level community. You'll get Live Chat Support and if your question can not be resolved via our knowledge base, training videos and Live Chat, you can book a ZOOM call with customer support.

Can ASTRA call out?

Currently ASTRA can only take inbound calls. We are working hard to get her internal configuration ready for outbound calls at 100% - we're at around 90% now. When we do, this will be an added feature that will double her functionality and your revenue! We do not currently anticipate an up charge when she's ready for outbound.
